Shipping Policy

Most deliveries are done with a two-person delivery team & delivered to your room of choice (please see restrictions above). Installation can be arranged in some regions of the UK at an additional charge. Additional delivery charges may apply to the areas of Ireland and Scotland (Highlands etc.)


 Deliveries tailored to customer requirements. 


  1. UK mainland delivery within 3-15 working days or less, from payment confirmation, unless preordered.

  2. Orders must be completed in full, including mobile phone number, before we can dispatch any item; orders cannot be processed without all information required.

  3. All items are sent via dedicated courier, which is always a signature-required service.

  4. You will be contacted before delivery by our delivery partners so someone can be available to check and accept your item.

  5. Most deliveries are done by a specialist two-person team that will take them to the room of your choice. NB, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have measured adequately to ensure that goods ordered will be suitable in regard to getting to room of your choice. Failure to do so may incur costs.

  6. All deliveries are self-assembly unless assembly has been arranged. Please check all boxes before signing.

  7. If a failed delivery occurs, the courier company will have to re-warehouse and re-deliver the bed at a later convenient date. This will incur costs of £75 payable by the customer prior to redelivery.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return / cancellation policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note there is a 5% admin charge of the order value if cancelled or returned due to change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, and its due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return costs and possibly delivery costs. Delivery is usually free on condition goods are kept. If faulty, and needs to be returned we’ll send you a return shipping label or organise collection for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, in the case of potential transport damage, if not reported asap within 12 hours of delivery, we may not be able to assist with any claims against the carriers.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, (subject to costs) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and you will be responsible for carriage costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus any charges, delivery costs and admin fees where applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
