FREE UK mainland delivery to the room of your choice within 7-14 working days from payment confirmation. Or you can choose your delivery date if needed. Unless Pre-Order which will be stated. Additional delivery charges will apply to the areas of Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Orders must be completed in full, including mobile phone number before we can dispatch any item. Orders cannot be processed without all information required.
All items are sent via dedicated courier, which is always a signature-required service.
You will be contacted before delivery to confirm a suitable delivery date and a 3 hour time slot, so someone can be available to check and accept your order.
All TV bed Frame deliveries are done by a specialist two-person team that will take the item to the room of your choice. Please Note: Some Mattresses and TVs may be delivered by separate courier and this is a doorstep service only. We will advise you if this is the case.
All deliveries are self-assembly unless assembly has been arranged. Please check all boxes before signing.
If a failed delivery occurs, the courier company will have to re-warehouse and re-deliver the bed at a later convenient date. This will incur costs of £85 payable by the customer.
Please note its is solely the customers responsibility to ensure that they have measured accurately to facilitate access to the room of choice, including staircase and corridors.. If in the event that a TV Bed ordered wont fit whether due to accessibility or room size, the customer will be responsible for carrier costs for delivery as well as return costs.
